Simple Breakfast review by Shelly
The breakfast was great. Love the potatoes, they were made perfectly. It did appear that the wait staff was a little confused as to which wait staff went to what table. There was not a lot of team work but I have noticed that a lot at the Colorado City Restaurants. Everyone was nice but maybe need some pointers in hospitality training. Great atmosphere very relaxed and quiet. Nice place to sit and unwind and just relax. I will be back looking forward to drinking lavender lemonade.

The taco was really good! I've also had the tomato basil soup and the grilled cheese and ham sandwich on the homemade bread! Very good!

The best coffee I've ever had, and way better than Starbucks at that! I never come to Colorado City without going to Cactus. It's so homey inside and the employees are so kind. I always order the iced Caramel Macchiato and I don't even have to ask for extra caramel, they hook it up! Also I definitely recommend trying the Street Tacos ? They are the best and could not possibly disappoint anyone. I have never been disappointed with Cactus, I highly recommend this place!

The Spinach Strawberry Salad is one of my favorites! I have tried almost everything on the menu and you really can't go wrong! The food is always fresh and prepared quickly. I'm a huge coffee lover and all of the coffees I've had have been fantastic. You can also purchase a bag of your favorite beans to roast at home! Don't even get me started on the delicious desserts... So yummy!
